Editorial Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

EV Palace publishes educational content for people researching electric vehicles and ownership in the United States. These standards guide how we prepare, review and update our content.

Research and sourcing

We prioritize manufacturer documentation, government resources, utility information, charging-network documentation and other relevant primary sources. We link to evidence for important technical claims and distinguish published specifications, estimates and reported real-world results.

Comparisons and recommendations

Comparisons should explain the criteria, vehicle model year, market and assumptions that affect the result. Charging costs, range and battery performance vary with location, rates, equipment, weather and driving conditions. A single estimate is not a guarantee.

Research is not hands-on testing

We do not describe a vehicle or product as personally tested unless we have performed that testing. Any hands-on review should explain what was tested and the relevant conditions. Research-based guides are identified through their sourcing and must not imply personal ownership or a road test.

AI-assisted work

AI tools may assist with research organization, outlines, drafting or design. Their output is not a source of evidence. Factual claims need verification against reliable sources before publication. Illustrative or AI-generated visuals must not be presented as evidence of a real test or event.

Commercial transparency

Paid placements, affiliate links, supplied products and other material relationships must be clearly disclosed with the relevant content. Payment must not be presented as independent testing or an unbiased result. Read our Affiliate Disclosure.

Updates and corrections

If you find an error, email contact@evpalace.com with the page URL, the statement and supporting evidence. We review reported issues and correct verified errors. Substantial factual corrections should be explained on the affected page; an updated date should reflect a meaningful review or change.

Scope

Our content is general information, not individualized electrical, mechanical, tax, legal or financial advice. See our Disclaimer.
